Yoga Ground
Yoga Ground is a beautiful light-filled Yoga studio in the heart of Grey Lynn offering a range of yoga classes, courses, workshops and events for all levels of experience. There are 20+ classes on the timetable to choose from, taught by some of NZ's most experienced Yoga teachers.
Yoga Ground also offers Strength classes which incorporate light weights, resistance bands and other props to help build strength, co-ordination and mobility.
