Te Wāhi Wāhine O Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland Women's Centre is a friendly, inclusive space for women and gender minorities. We’re a feminist organisation committed to Te Tiriti o Waitangi, working to empower and support women – both trans and cis – as well as non-binary people of all backgrounds, cultures, and identities. Services include free or low-cost counselling, women's support, education and workshops, and community kōrero platforming mana wāhine thought leaders. Te Wāhi Wāhine o Tāmaki Makaurau is open for appointments from 9am – 4pm, Monday to Friday. Our Women’s Support drop-in service operates from 10am-3pm, Monday to Friday. We serve Kokako Organic Coffee, a variety of pastries and cabinet food, and small batch fresh in-house bakings Monday to Saturday. We order our pastries daily to ensure freshness. And most bakings are available after 7.30am. Our small cafe is the base of two-time NZ Latte Art Champion in 2017 and 2018. We are serious about our coffee quality.

Boutique group fitness facility in the heart of Grey Lynn - we cater for all abilities from absolute beginners through to fitness enthusiasts. Our short 45 minute workouts encapsulate all aspects of functional training, from cardio, to resistance and even preparing you for a Hyrox race - we have you covered. We bake sourdough bread only, with a longer life than most artisanal loaves. Our focus is to bake nutrient-dense loaves that are practical for everyday family life. Time and sourdough fermentation are key ingredients to bake highly nutritious bread. We're proud to have had our Whole-Wheat Sourdough named 'Supreme Winner' in Metro Mag's Best Bread in Auckland feature :) Wednesday-Saturday 7:30am-2:30pm.

Grey Lynn Montessori by Busy Bees is a warm, community-focused preschool offering authentic Montessori education for children aged 2–6 years in the heart of Grey Lynn. The Richmond Rovers Rugby League & Sports Club is an Auckland Rugby League club proudly based in the inner-city suburb of Grey Lynn. Richmond is a family-orientated club, run by dedicated volunteers and supported by our local community and the wider Auckland region. Our club is home to more than 500 junior players, 200 senior players, and 200 social members. During the summer months, Richmond also supports the active outdoor sporting community by hosting and partnering with other codes, including Touch (Grey Lynn Touch), American Football (Metro Lions), Athletics, and Tag (Central Knights). Richmond is a club rich in tradition and history. In 2023, we proudly celebrated 110 years since our establishment. From humble beginnings, Richmond has grown into a place many families across Auckland call home. Guided by a simple but powerful vision — Farm, Fleece, Fashion, Future — we're on a mission to bring New Zealand's extraordinarily strong wool back into everyday life. Liz has been a Campaign for Wool New Zealand Ambassador since 2018, championing the value of our strong wool both locally and on the world stage. We run hands-on workshops in wet felting, needle felting and weaving for all skill levels, support artists, designers, educators and students, and provide access to specialist textile knowledge and machinery you won't find anywhere else. We develop wool-based products and prototypes, and passionately advocate for natural fibres as a real, beautiful alternative to planet-harming synthetics.
